Welcome to our new Jira Task Planner Calendar application.
We understand how the traditional view of boards can sometimes be insufficient for teams to visualise the workload available and plan more easily for the upcoming sprint or month, so we came up with the idea of creating a simplified calendar view that would increase team productivity while going through tickets and make their lives easier when it comes to planning ahead. Our tool allows you to simply build several calendars that will serve different purposes or be used by different team members. Of course, each calendar will have its own set of settings that will be saved within it.
Furthermore, our application offers a variety of ways to filter the available tickets as well as create conditional color formatting, making it easier to navigate through the large number of tickets on your calendar.

All-in-One Solution: The Ultimate General Calendar
You can use both simple and JQL-based filters.
The application makes it simple to drag and drop tasks between multiple dates, making sprint planning ceremonies and daily standup meetings run more smoothly.

Efficient Time Management
- Once the calendar is created, you can navigate to Settings where you can apply further adjustments and configurations on your calendar.
- Or you can use the basic filter from outside above the calendar view.
- Another option would be to use the JQL filter based also from above the calendar view.

Ability to have multiple calendars with different set of configurations.
- You have the option to create as many calendars as you would like, so each one of them will have its own set of configuration that will be saved.
​Also, it is possible to delete a calendar.

Customize Your Calendar Experience
- You will be prompted with a popup asking you to create your first calendar upon launching the app.
- Some basic selections need to be made to start with, taking into consideration that at the moment you cannot use space or special characters in the name of the calendar you are creating.

Utilize advanced filtering options
- The main difference is that anything you apply from the Settings popup will be saved as a configuration for your calendar, however the other options from outside the settings popup are temporary solutions that will be removed once you close the app or someone else open the same calendar.

Google Integration
Last but not the least, we are planning to allow users to connect their Google calendar with our application. Having this feature will give you the option to see all your Jira tickets on the same view beside your meetings and other Google items synced from your calendar.
You will have the option to create Google events directly from our app without the need to open Google Calendar, both apps will be synced always so you can do any updated from either apps.
